Complaints Procedure
In the event you have a cause to make a complaint then we would first ask you write to our Borehamwood office at first instance in order that we may try and resolve your complaint which we will respond to within 8 weeks if not sooner.  We would ask you to write in to the solicitor who had conduct of your case and/or Ronnie Hermon. If after responding to your complaint, you are still dissatisfied with our response you may then contact the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) within 6 months of our final response at PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ about your complaint. You can also e-mail the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) at enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk or telephone them on 0300 555 0333. For further information, please access the Legal Ombudsman (LeO)’s website: www.legalombudsman.org.uk.
In certain instances your complaint will need to be made to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)  who will handle complaints not covered by the LeO such as breaches to SRA standards and regulations in which case you may wish to contact the SRA via their website www.sra.org.uk.
